FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
You can book a photo session by writing me a message via e-mail (rekareuter@gmail.com) or DM me on Instagram (@reuter.reka.fotozik).
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Yes absolutely! Every session starts with a conversation about your specific needs and the type of pictures you want to recieve. I want to get to know you, and I love it when you have a vision in mind, and from that, we can create something uniquely specified to you.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
With portrait photoshoots, you are guaranteed to have your pictures in a week. It depends on the amount of selected pictures to be retuched, but in every case, you will get your pictures as fast as possible!
Event pictures also depend on the amount of pictures agreed upon to be edited, you will recieve them in a month or less.
4. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
The most important is that you look just the way you wanted on the day of the shoot. I recommend you to wash your hair the day before/the day of your session. It's always nice to have a little makeup too. If you need a stylist or request makeup and hair artist, be sure to find a perfect mach, and pay them separately.
5. How can I pay?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Please let me know beforehand if you require a VAT invoice.
6. How do I get the pictures?
On the first round, I send a link with all of your pictures, where you can select those you like. Then after editing and retuching, you get the final ones, based on your package size. Sometimes there are some picures you didn't select, but I like them very much, those you get for free:)
7. What if I want more pictures than the package size?
If you like more pictures than your package size, no problem! You can purchase each additional picture for 1500 ft.
8. I lost my pictres, do you have them?
Yes, I store them for 3 years. If you lost them, or want to purchase more, feel free to write me a message.
9. What if I have to cancel?
You can cancel free of charge 5 days before the reservation. If you cancel 1 day day before you have to pay 50% of the original price. On the day of the booking, 100% of the price will be charged.
10. Can I bring my pet?
Your dog is especially welcomed in the shoot with us! Please check if the studio is pet friendly if you plan on a studio booking, and be sure to let me know that your four legged companion is coming with you:)
